If you (the general term) really want something (for example: perform oral sex on another man), that means you are either a bi or a gay male. (which is nothing wrong), but please don't call you a straight man if you really want that sexual experience from another man.
Again: have to do something =/= really want something. If you have to fight your biological urge in order to achieve a certain goal, that is not "want" or "like". This is why "pray the gay away" is a total failure.

Yes, its transphobic to not want to date a transperson just because they are trans, particularly if you were attracted to them before you knew they were transgender.

Anthropologists and biologists estimate that there can't be more than 2-3% of persons naturally born without a proclivity to mate with the opposite sex.
The self-reporting surveys of 10% and more of persons either homosexual or bisexual are the results of people deciding for themselves what they like.
So, yes, there are straight men deciding that they enjoy oral sex with other men.
And I've met women who have told me directly that they decided to give up men for women.
