You could completely outlaw guns like drugs and people who wanted them would still get whatever they wanted and keep shooting each other up since they are criminals and deal in the underworld.

Regardless of racism, IMO, the ghetto and ‘hood’ culture doesn’t seem to be beneficial to the American society in a great deal.
Why do people say this as if they're proud of their ignorance? ... or think they're making some clever point? If you don't know what American culture is then do a little research, think about it, and gain a better understanding.

Look at it this way, if criminals keep killing each other, we will get rid of them more effectively rather than by our legal and justice system where our tax money is used in jails to provide them with three hot meals a day, temp controlled housing, internet, gym, library, shower and laundry services, health care and security.
