Issue I've been beating to death here as a Democrat for years. The hard core one world idealouges and Hispanic activist groups are who the candidates are catering too. and if they aren't careful, they could hand another election to Trump.
As is always the case, they are all playing left now to the militant base, and will mostly turn center after the primaries.
I don't know why African Americans, people of color, and legal immigrants support democrats. Democrats are trying to import hundred of thousands unskilled illegal immigrants into this country. Illegal immigrants are in direct competition for resources and jobs with the lower working class (which happens to be mostly African Americans and people of color)
I asked a black American poster in here why their racial group is not taking a stand against illegal immigration and they said it wouldn't change the job prospectives for their racial group. They'd have to be totally blind not to see how illegal aliens whom are mostly Hispanics are taking blue-collared jobs from them and running them out of their neighborhoods. Some blacks will vote Democrat no matter what because the GOP is not the party of socialism and believe the BS propaganda spread by the Democrats that they are racists. Some also want us to become a majority minority country as they dislike white Americans. Illegal immigration helps make that happen.

Agreed with ALL of the above.
With regards to the bolded part, I hope you are right. But I heard a pollster remark on one of the cable shows recently that independents are paying much more attention to the primary debates this year than other campaign cycles. So I am not too encouraged.

When immigrants already in the USA won't tolerate open borders once it effects their own quality of life. That's why I don't think truly open borders will ever happen. People that come to the USA to escape poverty and riffraff don't want their old problems following them across the border.

Historically Black Americans problems have been caused by White Americans. Understandably many have the opinion that 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend." But like Orwell's 'Animal Farm' I think all groups will find not much will actually change with demographics. The new boss will be a lot like the new boss. Isn't the wealth gap between Asians and Blacks already a lot larger than the wealth gap between Whites and Blacks?

Is that why mayors and governors of sanctuary state/city went on offensive when Trump threatened to bus migrants to their city/state?
