Actually there would be no point in claiming Obama was senile—
He was one of the more intelligent US Presidents
And he certainly never misspoke as many times in as many obvious ways to give anyone the idea that he WAS senile...
Give me one example even of Obama making a statement that gives any suggestion that he is senile or suffering from tertiary syphillis or dementia....

Obama is actually a phenomenal orator. One appreciates it even more so now after one is has forced to endure listening to Trump's dumbed-down rants. His vocabulary and delivery of a so called speech is exactly like that of a below average 3rd grader reading a poorly written book report in front of the class and his mannerisms while he speaks are equally obnoxious.
