It is clearly the fault of all the citizens who legally and responsibly own firearms. The people committing these crimes in crime-ridden Chicago are oppressed and are victims.

Chicago's average over the past six years for the weekend closest to the fourth is 12 killed, 63 wounded. Sounds like they had one hell of a mess last night.

Looks like more Americans are killed at the hands of fellow Americans wthin USA than by foreign born terrorists.
Can we allocate some budget and start a “war on gang violence”, or this is not a profitable business endeavor?
