Good for Newsom and good for Trump! (And I am a fan of neither one, btw.)

Why is it that it seems that some people are so reluctant to give credit where credit is due when it comes to people who don't usually share their basic viewpoints? (I think that this is a rhetorical question, btw.)

I might very well be a Pollyanna/Goody-Two-Shoes, but it just seems to me that if people would simply acknowledge it when their "opponents" actually do something that they do approve of, that it would go a long way to national healing and maybe some kind of compromises that would benefit everyone -- and who knows? -- maybe repair some of the divisiveness so prevalent in the U.S. today.

Agreed. We weren't always so partisan and people could say positive things about the opposite party without being labeled RINO or DINO.

Wait...A state that pays a lion share of the federal taxes is getting a favor from Trump by getting federal aid after a natural disaster? Are you kidding? Pat the grifter tax cheat on the back by all means. Jeez!
