Sometimes it can take years to take down some one. Everything this man is involved in is shady, information has to be blocked, subpoenas blocked, wanting people to lie and cover for him, people going to jail refusing to talk. He's not worth this much trouble.
You are basically parroting the Left's smearing campaign against him. Shady? Let's face it. He is not some unknown figure. He is well known for most of his adult life and with that comes with much scrutiny of him over the years, I highly doubt that he wouldn't have gotten in trouble if he truly was "shady."
Everyone that the Left are against are called everything in the book. You noticed that?
So Democrats keep saying that Trump has profited from his Presidency. That he's violating the US Constitution by profiting from his businesses. File big federal lawsuit against him.
“A third lawsuit, brought by Congressional Democrats, is still pending. ”
Now the precedent has been set. In fact, I don't think that congress can actually do that due to separation of powers. They only have 1 penalty available to them.

He was a bottom feeder in the NYC Real Estate Market. No-one in town took him seriously. His profile was, and is, that of a low life scum whose picture (along with some babe with her boobs falling out) was regularly on the cover of the Enquirer and the NY Tabloids.
You will notice that virtually everyone he views as a "friend" is either a criminal or a dictator. Anyone with any moral compass will have nothing to do with him.
And he had more than his fair share of lawsuits. Now that he has tried to raise his profile, those lawsuits come from persecutors who are looking at tax fraud, money laundering and bank fraud.
Not to mention violation of the emoluments clause, for which he will most certainly be found guilty at some point. Anyone who would steal from their own foundation would surely not think twice about screwing over the American people by commercializing his political office.
The court stated DC and Maryland don't have standing to bring the suit
Senate Dems have oversight, DC and MD do not
my understanding anyway
Your are correct. This particular suit was decided by a three judge panel of the US District Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, which found that Maryland and the District of Columbia lacked standing to bring the suit.
The other outstanding suit was filed by Democratic members of Congress.
Now, one poster claimed that this decision creates 'precedence'. Of course, it does not. Oh, in that particular circuit it does, concerning the ability of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia in bringing such a suit, but it has no bearing whatsoever on the suit filed in Federal court by members of Congress.
If members of Congress do not have 'standing' to bring a suit against the President of the United States for violation of the emolument clause of the Constitution, then who does?
By the by: the plaintiffs in the suit dismissed may request (but probably be denied, my opinion) for the Fourth Circuit to hear the case 'en banc', meaning the whole court, not just a three judge panel.
District of Columbia and Maryland lack standing to pursue it.
Not because the crook and liar is not in violation oh learned one.
Yes, our country needs to take a stand on this - when the Pres of the United States can be bought and paid for, our country is in deep ****. Our future generations are counting on us to fix this. Unfortunate that the wrong segment of gov't took this to court.

Blatant influence peddling.
Well, you don't have to vote for Joe Biden.
