Correct. His sins are front page .
His getting away with buying his freedom is a sin.

He 'll eventually pay.

Not because the crook and liar is not in violation oh learned one.

you are right, lacking standing is not the same as a verdict one way or the other, but it is STILL a win here for trump.

my understanding anyway

true the senate dems have proper oversight, but it still remains to be seen if running a business while president that caters to anyone who wants to use the facilities for a price is considered a "gift" or "direct payment" from a foreign power. gift and payments are usually given for consideration directly from the recipient, where as the trump hotel provides a service for a price, such is the nature of the business, and is NOT a direct payment or gift to trump.

Just do a before and after comparison. Are Trump's current customers similar than before he was elected? When all of a sudden foreign diplomats are using Trumps facilities when they went elsewhere prior to 2016 would indicate something is fishy.

The .washington Post article was the best for details. It indicated the lawsuits to find information on The Trump businesses and the multi-Subpoenas have no standing. Doesn’t mean this is all over, it does mean Nadler and the Leftists have a Steep hill to climb.
Unanimous Decision

Several more interesting rulings in the last several days .... TeamMueller is in trouble on 2 other cases (Flynn & his former business partners) AND a Judgement came down forbidding anyone in the “Governmentâ€, including Mueller and AG Barr from saying the Russian Government had anything at all to do with ha king the DNC servers OR interfering in the 2016 Elections. Mueller Testimony should be interesting ..... IF he actually shows up.

WHY?

The Federal Court found ZERO evidence or proof that happened. Oops!

Trump Emoluments Case Tossed By Appeals Court

Or course any critically thinking adult knew this would happen.

Since you are a 'critical thinking' adult, answer me this:

Whom, in your opinion, has 'standing' to bring such a suit against a sitting President? (assume a sitting Democratic President, to make it easier). After all, it is a Constitutional prohibition.

Anyone else wishing to join, please do so.

Blatant influence peddling.
Yes, we really dodged this bullet, good thing she didn't win and become Pres. Hillary was routinely bought/influenced through the Clinton Foundation donations and Bill's speaking fees.

Senate Democrats will not likely have any better results - wrong tactics for this issue. Due to separation of powers, judicial (courts) not likely to get involved in dispute between executive and legislative branches.

He wins the vast majority of the cases he comes up against. He is surrounded by some brilliant legal minds.

The left makes it appear that he is a buffoon, yet they are the ones showing themselves to be just that.

That is the lawsuit filed in Maryland. The emoluments lawsuit filed by Congress is still very much in play, and Congress DOES have the standing to sue.

Hold the champagne. Dear Leader isn't out of the woods on this one yet.
