"New York City is a sanctuary city and that means we don’t cooperate with the Trump Administration’s immigration policies,” said Velázquez. “Our immigrant neighbors need to know that NYPD is not working with ICE and that they can report crimes and law breaking to local police. When there’s confusion between immigration enforcement and law enforcement, all of us are made less safe.”
Um, ICE IS law enforcement and, hence, the police. Are these Democrat politicians just playing stupid or are they really that daft??

Velasquez.....go figure. Ethnocentricism above country. Trump doesn't have immigration policies he opposes illegal immigration and supports our right as a country to enforce our immigration laws. How is that a bad thing? "Immigrant" neighbors? Um, illegal aliens aren't "immigrants", duh.

Let nobody, anywhere, ever...… say that the democrats are not for open borders because that would be a flat out lie.

To anyone who hasn't been asleep at the wheel to judge Dems by their actions, their stance on open borders became crystal clear during the last debate when every single Dem on that stage raised their hand in support of NOT deporting ANY illegal aliens if they merely cross and remain in our country illegally and haven't committed "any other crimes"

Yeah, they only cross our border illegally and that's it. lol. How are they working if not by using a fake or stolen SS number or working for cash evading taxes? Last I looked those are felonies.
