What genocide is China involved with? That said what makes it the USA's responcibility to involve itself? China is an Asian problem. Let Asia police its own house.
Same goes for Africa and Europe.

As our experiences in the Middle East have shown we are not and cannot be the police of the world. We cannot tell the Chinese what to do in their back yard. All we can do is never purchase an organ obtained in this manner.
