What looks like it started as a joke has over 200k planning to attend and hundreds of thousands interested. The idea is to storm area 51 at 3 am on September 20th:
I used to live in Nevada. Area 51 has high security. They try to keep the nutcases out. If 200,000 show up, be prepared to be arrested and shuttled on buses to jail.
Are there 200,000 people lined up at the fence around groom lake now? Or trekking through the desert on the way to Area 51?
Or are there 200,000 people sitting at home in their mothers' basements in front of their keyboards, earnestly telling each other what they are dreaming of doing, even as their parents bring them pizza rolls and chocolate milk, and tuck their blankies around them?
Correct me if wrong...isn't Area 51 more about all the high tech weaponry our government to is secretly inventing?

yes it is a training base, for all those a fore mentioned high tech weapons. things like wide area coverage tasers, high frequency sound machines that will disable large numbers of people, and yes they are directed in fairly narrow areas, or fairly wide areas. and these are just a couple of the non lethal weapons available. they also have some very interesting LETHAL weapons as well, like for instance an unassuming box loaded with one MILLION rounds of case less ammunition with a rate of fire of something like 100,000 rounds per SECOND.

Most of them live in their mommy's basement, eating cold, greasy pizza and walking over their dirty sock accumulation on the floor.
The sign at Area 51's entrance says they will shoot to kill. It is well known but no one that we know of has tested this policy. I'm pretty sure a few hundred warning shots will dissuade the vast majority. A few miles in, they could gather up the remaining few that decided to continue.
It is a working military base and should be protected.
The military will have the assets needed in place to round them up. They will block the roads so these people can’t even approach the area. My bet is anyone who does this (it will be far less than 200k) will be rounded up and arrested. A bunch of blue haired video gam playing millennials are not going to successfully get into Area 51. I would really love to see this happen....my gosh what entertainment we will all have.
