If it is such a bad deal why is Trump begging them to stick to it?

The real bad thing with what Trump did is he had no plan of what to do once he pulled out of the treaty. He never said squat to the other signatories to it, he never tried to build a coalition to have a united front in turning the screws on Iran, all he wanted to do was undo whatever it was that Obama did. In doing that he has put us very close to war with Iran. He put his own petty hatred of Obama above the interests of the people of the United States. His policy is not America first, it is Trump first. The guy is worse than incompetent.

Of course he did, and everyone with a brain is well aware of this.

Trump is an emotional reactionary and governs based on childish emotion. His goal is to reverse everything done by Obama because he is deeply deeply envious of Obama and also because he is deeply deeply disturbed.

He is a disgrace to the office and his ignorance is mind-boggling. He is only reversing whatever he can do unilaterally. Dumb dumb doesn't realize that the next president with a brain will come in and reverse every policy that was done out of sheer immature vengefulness with no thought at all about the country.

Nobody should feign surprise when an intelligent, experienced and competent official states the truth about him.

Yet 40% of Americans continue to worship him because of abortion and gay marriage.

I'm convinced that Republicans see those two "national sins" as so evil there is absolutely nothing they will not tolerate or even support in the name of getting Roe v Wade and Obergefell v Hodges overturned. And if they are unsuccessful and have to live in a country that has legal abortion and tolerates homosexuality, they will simply crash the entire system.

Very, very dark times for our country right now.

Didn't Trump just request an emergency meeting of the UN to address Iran's nuclear advancement.

If only we had an agreement. I know that Trump will come up with a better deal, I just know it because he said so.

And yet you celebrate Trump making a deal with North Korea?

We need 'deals' with both.

We had one with Iran -- as flawed as it was it kept some things in check.

The criticism of Trump's North Korea policy is that he has declared World Peace without a deal, claims to be a friend of Kim Jung Un (he isn't -- he just isn't -- Kim Jung Un is not a friend to any American).....etc.

It isn't the effort to make a deal -- it's the process, the false claims of victory, etc.

We need deals with all of them....and all those deals will be flawed or there will be no deal. Those countries aren't going to give it all up to the USA or anybody......and we have to know that. We have to find some kind of middle ground.

Fix what's broken...don't throw it out.

Of course he did, we had a deal that was WORKING, and this petty fool comes in and scraps it and RUINS any diplomatic legitimacy this country will have in future negotiations.

He is as destructive a President as this country has ever had.

And the thing is, his supporters don't care. Even if our entire country collapsed into chaos and civil war, they would just blame it on "God's judgment" for abortion and the Obergefell decision.

Rick Perry?

In all the commotion, I had forgotten that this member of Trump's brain trust was in charge of nuclear matters.

We're doomed.
