It's an easy decision for Mexico: Make a one-time payment of $5-10 billion to ensure that $24 billion continues to flow into their country year after year," a plan from the campaign says.

Who’s going to pay for the wall,” Trump asked. “Mexico,” the crowd replied. “And by the way, by the way, 100 percent. You know the politicians say, ‘they’ll never pay’ — 100 percent,” Trump said.

“They’re not going to write us a check,” Hannity replied.

“They’ll pay. They’ll pay. In one form or another,” Trump responded. “They may even write us a check by the time they see what happens. They may.”

Obama and Trump have many things in common. Issuing EOs to circumvent Congress is one of them. Most EOs are challenged and some are eventually overturned.

That you or I believe something is unconstitutional is meaningless.

Just last month, SCOTUS agreed to hear DACA and is expected to begin work in the 4th quarter with the outcome announced in 2020.

Nope. They are lawbreakers if they enter a nation before they reach the US and fail to seek asylum there and illegally cross our border.

In this country no one is a lawbreaker until they get their day in court.

Wrong.

You're not convicted until a court has done so.

I broke the speed limit law this morning; however, I have not been convicted of it.

I got a call this morning from a guy I have not heard from in 15 years, begging me to get back into the installation side of the industry...
No one showed up this morning, out of the 7 crews he has subcontracting from him, to go install his product he sells.
Especially, his new construction accounts are on his ass.
What Trump is doing to keep America, America... needed to happen 15-20 years ago.

You just proved his point. It is clear. He wasn’t talking about them writing us a check all that time.

In the end, in his typical grandiose, bragadocious way, he tacked on saying, we are going to get them so good, they may EVEN write us a check.

So he wasn’t talking about them writing us a check up until that point. And even at that point, only if you are one of those people who takes everything out of his mouth seriously. Even when he is trolling.

Illegal immigration from South of the border became a tidal wave in the 80's, nearly 40 years ago.

The 1986 Immigration Reform Act granted amnesty to millions and created a pathway to citizenship.
In response, millions were granted a path to citizenship. Reportedly, most were happy with their legal status and less than half pursued citizenship.

Employment of unauthorized immigrants became a Federal crime under this law. Obviously going after business owners is political suicide.

Texas, like most states, has chosen to not make eVerify of all employees a state law. Yet it did not. Why is this?

Had it done so, they would have likely exempted those engaging (as opposed to employing) independent contractors, as has been done elsewhere. This way they avoid payroll taxes, too.
