Actually it was common years ago to say that Pols should go back to Poland , Dagos go back to Italy ect.. To think this is the first person to say - if you don't like it here go home is stupid.

I think the country is smarter than most give credit....and yes -- the race card gets thrown out too easy...but identifying four women of color for their socialist views and telling them to go back to their country is seemingly very racist.
Well while many in Trump's base feel like you do...not sure independents. swing voters will feel the same way.
Waiting to see how the polls trend on this one. I'm not talking actual poll numbers. If Rasmeuseen to NBC polls show a drop in the President's approval following these comments, we may find that most Americans -- while not accepting of some of the more aggressive policies of these four ladies, most definitely not accepting of targeting these four women of color.
Let's not pretend that Bernie Sanders is not one of the most 'socialist' candidates.

How is it racist? Trump disagrees with their POLICY POSITIONS, not their color, ethnicity, nor gender. Just like with Obama, if you disagreed with his POLITICS you were automatically called RACIST! It is pure DISHONEST deflection by the Democrats and MEDIA.

I never heard anything about color. We don't want people in this country, especially those in Congress!!, who hate America. The worst is Omar, who escaped from the oppression of Somalia to rise to a position in Congress, and she has the gall to dump on America.
I only hope when Trump wins again, all you tolerant liberals won't take to the street, injuring people and destroying property.

The biggest socialist in Washingotn DC for years has been Bernie Sanders.....Why didn't Trump include HIM in his criticism of AMerican politicians who have different political ideology than Trump?
That's the problem.
Both parties have their politicians that fall along the spectrum of their political ideologies.
These women do lean to the far left -- as does Bernie and others.
But Trump chose four women of color -- three of which are born Americans and told them to leave........
And when White Supremacist gorups embrace this notioin -- Trump doesn't try to steer away from being associated with those extreme right views. He seems to double down on it and embrace it.
Time will tell how this plays to the rest of the USA.
The base will stand by him no matter what -- so all the Trump fans saying -- not racist, nothing, blah blah......means absolutely nothing.

It was pretty common pre-50's. Our country did a lot of embarrassing/shameful things back then.
