[quote=Elliott_CA;55674754]Surely you agree that saying "Go back to Africa" to a black American citizen is racist, right?

T/QUOTE]

That's irrelevant here, because no one said that.

Nothing he said was racist. The Left (Democrats) continue to attempt to create racism where there is none. Not surprised. It is all they have, and that is even a LIE. Good for Trump to stand up to these America haters.

I suppose I can't be surprised by the comments I'm reading in this thread, but all too many are very concerning...

Yes of course this is much about Trump who can generate a debate like this, but far more concerning than Trump is just how many Americans are confused about what it really is to be racist, or not. No wonder the problem of racism is still as prevalent as it is, and/or such a problem.

Apparently there are still too many Americans today who are hardly different from racists back in the day. People who didn't think there was ANYTHING wrong with their racist notions. Didn't even really recognize them as racist let alone wrong. Really doesn't matter how the issue has evolved to this day, though you would think we would know better.

The problem is the mentality and perspective that prevents people from recognizing racism or knowing what racism is really all about. As such, people who are racist can't even tell. That or they really don't see the wrong in racist comments, tweets or their own way of thinking. Not sure what can be done about that sort of ignorance...

Really, you white liberals should be thankful for Trump. He gives you a chance to shout "RACIST" at someone, and make yourselves feel better about living in lily-white neighborhoods and sending your kids to lily-white schools. And the fact that you could probably count the number of black people whom you've had a conversation with on one hand.

So do you feel better now?

Take cover! Lindsey Graham just called AOC & her squad a ‘bunch of communists’ and HOO BOY ( https://twitchy.com/dougp-3137/2019/...nd-hoo-boy/)On Fox News today, Sen. Lindsey Graham was asked about President Trump’s tweets over the weekend that attracted the attention of the weekend news cycle, and while Graham said he wishes the president had toned it down, he also reserved some harsh criticism for Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and her “squad”:

Admittedly I'm not really up on these things, so I'm curious: what negative comments has she made about the country?
