I don't see the big deal. I'm in the software industry and we have to meet regulations of a variety of countries (China included) if there is any hope of doing business with them....

We lost all moral standing as a country once we admitted China to the WTO and started doing business with them. Got news for yah... many/most businesses have to cooperate with the Chinese government for business; not just Google. Even Chik-fil-A is trying to expand into the Chinese market. The only reason why Google is on the spotlight is because they have been squarely sold to the US public as the boogeyman to fear.

Amazon and Google are both spotlighted simply because they are on someones in particular's **** list.

Sens. Hawley (R-MO) and Cruz (R-TX), two of the Senate’s most vocal opponents against big tech censorship, wrote a letter to the FTC, urging the consumer protection agency to use its section 6(b) authority to investigate how America’s largest tech companies censor and make those findings public.

Remember when Alex Jones warned you to "just remember: what you’re seeing and what you're reading is not what’s happening, only pay attention to and shop on InfoWars? "

Oh wait, that was Donald Trump, wasn't it? Ehh, same thing!

Alex Jones makes up garbage every single day, tons of it and his little loyal followers eat it up like lab rats addicted to cocaine.

So no, I don't remember him warning anything because I don't listen to psychotic conspiracy mongers.

Did BentBow seriously use the word "pwned" in his OP?

I heard Josh Hawley at the Social Media conference or whatever it was called last week at the White House. The one where non corporate news sites, citizen journalists and bloggers heard the President express concern over Big Tech power. Hawley mentioned legislation he was gong to introduce. Considering the Demwits are owned by Big Tech, I wish him luck.

Meanwhile, I found this clip but couldn't find the original hearing where Dr Robert Epstein testified how Googe swing at minimum 2.6M votes but up to 10M votes to Hillary. I'd like to know more about his methods of figuring this out.
