How concerned was Rand Paul regarding paying for the tax cut? Did he try to block that?
Yes by lowering spending. lol You couldn't figure that out???? How about you quit listening to the talking heads who've gotten so much wrong? Can you do that?

He's not trying to screw them or stop the vote, he's trying to figure out how to pay for it as well as the oversight involved. He's not the one with the screw loose here.
btw If we the people had listened to him and others with the same foreign policy there never would have ben a 9/11 type attack. But gee why prevent those attacks when we can kick the can down the and and hopefully have someone else deal with it, right?
How'd that work out slick?

The United States was at war with no one on Sept. 11, 2001.
Then why was our military bombing in the Sudan and Afghanistan to name a few places? Why were our troops occupying sovereign nations? We bomb innocents in hospitals and elementary schools and you don't expect retaliation?

But the phony voted for tax cut which added to the deficit. So don't vote for more tax cuts Ayn Rand Paul if you cannot take care of your first responders.

No it didn't. The increased spending that happened AFTER the tax cuts was the problem. it isn't a tax problem, it's a spending problem. Not that you care about the truth or looking into things when a soundbite is your go to response.

That has to do with spending. Let me dumb it down for you. Spending and taxes are 2 different things. um-kay
I voted for Johnson because he wasn't evil at all! I had to vote my conscience so I could sleep at night, I sleep like a baby BTW.
Trump has surprised me, pleasantly. He is neither a conservative nor a liberal. If he was a Dem they'd all be loving him! Shows you how shallow and disingenuous both parties are.
He voted with PAYGO attached!!!
They DEMS AND PUBS removed it.YES, he has been consistent! Start learning things, man! Wise up!
The Dems in the Senate overruled Paul without a majority? Right-o.
Trump has "pleasantly" surprised you and you are telling me to "wise up"? Good one.

I see where he is coming from and mostly agree, however how much money could we really be talking about here? There are a very finite amount of 9/11 first responders. If they all get a million dollars or even a few, would that really even be a blip on the radar?

It isn't the money, it's the point. I understand the point. After initially saying I do agree with him, others have a valid point in pointing out hypocrisy in the things he did vote for.
If in the end you vote for something even though nothing changed, you really didn't make a point either, but all by itself, I understand the point he is making.
