The fact of the matter is the United States is not a sovereign nation and the US Constitution is not worth a pack of Charmin. This is the BRAVE NEW WORLD. seriously. When our currency fails? When the bureaucrats socialize healthcare? When the supreme court rules the DC gun ban constitutional? When the government defaults on social security and medicare benefits? How much longer will we take violations of state's rights, private property rights, privacy rights, and our nation's sovereignty?
The founding fathers were up in arms over a small tax on imported tea. Where's the civil disobedience at? Where are the protests? Where's our Boston Tea Party? Is America too apathetic and/or spineless to make a stand? Will we submit to fascism and totalitarianism of the federal bureaucracy? Or will we rally as our founding fathers did in an effort for our God given liberty? Who will make a stand with me?
First of all you should read a history book. Second, you're rant makes me embarrassed to be an American. Finally the fact that you probably own a gun and are advocating violence against our government (domestic terrorist) is outrageous.

You can't negotiate with the government....they just take more and more of what you have, including your freedoms. So, the president saying "stop waving the Constution in my face, it's just a *** piece of paper" when confronted with his administration's violation of the Fourth Amendment can't be interpreted as trampling on it? What about the government using citizens as lab-rats? What about using tax dollars to bail out corporations?
Here's the problem, not just this post but I've read many others that are just total crap. excuses - yep Americans seem to have millions of excuses to basically sit on their ass and do nothing...excpect everything done for them.

It seems everyone forgets what is after the first line of the Declaration of Independence... Read people. We have the right, this is our founding document.
