Jaye used to have a penis, today Jaye does not have a penis. Jaye takes hormone pills and will need to continue taking them for life.
I consider Jaye to present as an attractive lady.
I have cancer and my cancer treatment includes a hormone therapy. I have had a few conversations with Jaye comparing the effects of the hormone drugs we are taking.

Jaye is an anomaly. This is a defect of some sort--genetic, parasitic twin, chimerism, something. This is not the norm.
