Seems like there's only one person here doesn't know the law. Throwing racial slurs at someone isn't free speech. know the law before you pretend to be some authority on it.
No, definitely not, but considering it can be easily disproved it would look extremely bad for her politically, so what is there to gain?
There's something called common decency. If a 75 year old woman was in the express line with what looks like more than 10 items you just let it go. A POS however, would run up to that same elderly woman and start calling her out and berating her. People who were taught better know better.
Yes, no one can prove or disprove it, like store employees, shoppers and store cameras. You're right. This is why i'm not a cop and you are.
So when a law maker complains about Old white men. That isn't a racial slur? Seems to me when you qualify a remark with or by race, you made it about race.
The ability to prove or disprove a claim, has never stopped a politician from lying. Case in point Hillary's claim to have been under sniper fire. I can go on and on and not just about Hillary or Dems. They all lie.
The express line. You let the 75 year old woman go, just as you let them have many free passes. Unless she is rude and cuts line. I have seen this as well. In this case the violator is 31. Maybe she was confronted and full of her sense of self importance and entitlement, lied about what really happened rather than admit that she is a A hole for abusing the express line.
She may find someone to back her story or not. She won't need to because the climate is to jump to hysterics and defend her. Look how many bought Jessie's story? Most of us were, what? Wait a minute, something is wrong here. Most of us were right.

Someone as in 1 person? A friend perhaps? In a super market there would be more than (a) someone.
This story stinks of Jessie.
My son is black and people like Jessie lying and making up false stories, only causes him grief. If it's real I hope the man in question answers for it.
I dont believe the I was too upset to use my cellphone excuse. This day and age people whip out their cellphones if a rumor of a mouse farting hits their ears. Especially someone like a politician. Not a chance they let an opportunity like this slide.
This is hilarious. I believe her. He doesn’t remember anything she said but he said a few choice words, including calling her b****? Please. I’ll bet he said go back where you come from along with it. Being Cuban doesn’t mean a thing. A number of white Cubans can be very nasty when it comes to other minority groups. They have that reputation. So he can spare me that one.
There were other free lanes. Leave the pregnant woman alone. He just wanted to cause problems. It would have taken less for him to move than for her at 9 months pregnant and with another young child to have to move all her items. There are truly some wimpy, so-called men out here...
Yep. I concur with that opinion of some white Cubans. They do indeed have that reputation.
