Screw it. Electrolytes. It's what plants crave.

The initial petitions to ban all use was in 2007. So the Obama administration did not act in those years. In fact according to the court the delay was egregious. I don't blame the Obama administration because chances are the data is inconclusive. What pesticide doesn't possibly harm us? On the other side is what is the benefit in using it.

I think the evidence is clear President Obama hates healthy young brains and only acted when forced by the court. Just kidding.

On August 10, 2015, this Court issued a writ of mandamus to put an end to
respondent Environmental Protection Agency’s “egregious” delay in responding to
a 2007 petition to revoke all food tolerances and cancel all registrations of
chlorpyrifos, a neuro-toxic pesticide.

When do Democrats care about when something happens on the farm?

When a Republican is running things.

Mother Jones has the Orange Man Bad crowd worked up today. Tomorrow it will be another rag.

Dow met with Scott Pruitt just before he blocked the ban, they are manufacturer and donated $1M to the Trump campaign.
The EPA has been in the pockets of big business since way before Trump.

They noted less child deaths in the years after it was banned from residential use.
They had conclusive data back in 2003 resulting from the 2001 ban.

What big business in the last 20 years. Trump has appointed oil men to the EPA and gotten rid of independent research scientists and replaced them with industry experts. I don't want industry regulating the EPA.

There is a large difference between residential use and farm use.

Trump has filled his administrative swamp with many counterintuitive choices.
