You'll have to ask them that. I was just answering the poster who said Obama didn't ban it either.

That’s not the way it works, Columbia university and others performed studies and that were ignored. If it’s perfectly safe why is it banned for indoor use, how about the farm workers in the field. Like everything else Trump does this will also end up in the courts.

Trump’s EPA Just Made Its Final Decision Not to Ban a Pesticide

This was Scott Pruitt's department before he resigned in disgrace.

Now headed by former coal industry lobbyist Andrew Wheeler. Wheeler's biggest client was Murray Energy (Trump's friend). Agencies formerly committed to protecting us, agencies we pay for, are now controlled by big industry shills. That's Trump corruption and betrayal of the common people.

We do not want to go back to the days of Love Canal and rivers on fire, but that's where they are taking us.

It's done mechanically and the tractors have closed cabs.
Any farm worker that handles chemicals had to have a license, managed by State Ag Depts.

Chemical got banned from residential use in 2001. By 2003 they had data to support it's effect on humans and still allowed Ag use. That's 16 years of doing NOTHING but going back and forth.

I took my lunch to school. About the only school food that tasted decent was the fries. The few times I tried it I didn't like it. The pizza was horrible. The burger meat didn't taste like the burger meat I've had. I'm not that picky either.
