You can't mandate by law that people take personal responsibility for their actions. So bring it up is absolutely pointless and idiotic. That said 3 million desperate and hungry people is not a good thing if one enjoys stability and peacefulness. Make people desperate and they will act desperately. Expect a massive increase in crime if this goes into effect.

This is not cutting benefits. It closes a loophole where people were automatically given food stamps because they received a certain benefit but they did not financially qualify for food stamps.

Why not read the actual rule before spouting off nonsense.
