I always thought it was bogus how conservatives gave UC Berkeley flak for not inviting conservative speakers; they never complain how Liberty University fails to invite liberal speakers on topics like abortion.

I would say 100% of colleges and universities are enemies of free speech today. Anything disagreeing with SJW/PC talking points is labeled as racist, sexist, white supremacist, or transphobic. Big name comics won't even touch college campuses anymore due to all of the PC indoctrination and the fact that everyone is offended by everything.

one big difference is Liberty is private and Berkeley is public.

I don't think Liberty students and a right versiion of antifa would mob up the campus if a liberal speaker came though. that happens at Berkeley.

And that is their right. As a liberal, I'd never argue that they should have to. If somebody goes to Liberty University they should know what they are getting into.
