Maybe he really meant to say "if you're not a citizen but are 18 years or older, you are eligible to vote"

Scott Adams, the Dilbert cartoonist, said yesterday on Twitter that Mueller's performance yesterday sunk the campaigns of both Biden and Bernie.

His theory is based on premise that Mueller's testimony put a spotlight on age.

I think Biden is probably going to win the nomination but it is an interesting theory.

It is funny Bernie posted this tweet on the same day as Mueller's testimony.. Not a good day for old guys in America.

It is wild Trump is about the same age as Mueller and Biden. He seems a lot younger than them.

Trump seems like a 55-year-old.

So he's a long time senator running for president and he doesn't know that this is the process we currently have.
I think he means that it doesn’t matter to him if you’re the scum of the earth, and as long as you’re a citizen and have attained the age of 18... you can vote.

Democrats win the felon vote by a landslide so it is good to allow such drags on society to vote for party politics. Yeah!
Funny thing though, most prisoners and felons happen to be in democrat strongholds. You would think they would vote for the party that isn't so intent on throwing them in jail for every little toe out of line.

Maybe be meant to say "illegal" and his dementia kicked in mid sentence?

He meant to say whatever will get him the most votes. Hes got no moral compass, just whatever he thinks people want to hear.

Bernie needs to get himself a copy of the constitution. The 26th Amendment lowered the voting age to 18 already. According to the constitution, the rest is up to the states.
