Kim has a dozen new play toys, built since he first met with the "Great Negotiator". This is what happens when you buddy up to a dictator and trust him. He plays you like a Korean banjo.

It's actually called a "dotara", but I figured we'd keep it semi-recognizable.

Why isn't Kim firing nukes?
He's scared of Trump.
He's using his soft toys instead.

Trump is in no way buddying up to Kim, Kim will do what he will do regardless. At least Trump stood up to him, unlike the previous clowns.

It's to Russia's advantage to keep the US preoccupied with NK. If there's a nuclear exchange, the US, SK, and Japan will take economic damage but Russia will stay out of it. If there's a non-nuclear war, it'll be the US versus China again. Ergo, Putin keeps sending Kim more advanced armaments and pays him to rattle the sword. It's a cunning strategy. Trump's going to get nowhere with Kim because Putin likes things just the way they are.

What EXACTLY did Trump do that allowed this?

They were already in the nuke business, they had sanctions on them etc.

Short of starting a war with them I don't really see how this was preventable as they have no interest in doing otherwise.

Not Obama's fault either....or Bush....

So come on down and answer the question how this is Trumps fault because saying "buddy up" etc. is empty and vague.

So much for the 'love letter' approach to diplomacy ...

I'm sure glade Obama had Dennis Rodman go over and establish a relationship.

Dennis probably got a lot farther stetting the stage for Trump than Obama could ever have ever done.
