This is one of those rare cases where the right wing is right. Recall the widespread accusations that an attendee at the Kavanaugh hearings flashed a white power hand signal at Kavanaugh? It turned out to be sheer nonsense. I don't know whether any accusers have apologized, but they sure need to. And perhaps shut the bleep up until they have their sanity tested.
Another example was in the Florida gov. race, where the GOP candidate said,

Is President Obama now a racist? The FL DNC chair and Democratic candidate for gov. both insisted that the comment was racist. And WAPO national political correspondent Karen Tumulty regurgitated the claim.
Other examples are too numerous to mention, but here is one more from a guy who is now a major contributor to NPR and WAPO writer. In 2011, Jonathan Capehart accused Rick Perry of racism over the word "privileged" regarding President Obama. Huh?
Who is *we* though? This is mostly white SJW's who are just waiting to go on a witch hunt about something. And whether or not black folks take up the rally depends on the situation.
Most people are too busy with their lives to sit and lie in wait for someone to say something that could be twisted into something else. It's the loons on the far left who don't have anything better to do.
I would go further and say the left has gone overboard with anti-white racism.
Just as the left sometimes says every male is a potential rapist, the left seems to hold the notion that every white person is a potential "Nazi". That's why I believe they advocate to continuously flood every white majority country with non-white immigration, so that they are surrounded by non-whites on every inch of the territory. There's a motive and a method to the left's madness.
47% of blacks are conservative. Learn that number and you understand why liberals continue to scream racism. They know if they lose the race card, they lose nearly every election in every district.
This is just a symptom of where the left has gone and where those of us on the right have been saying they are wrong in so many ways. Racism isn't live and well in all areas. It might be in many cases, but not in this case and not in many cases. Most white Americans, whether left or right are not racist and in fact most conservative people don't think of race at all.

So you just labeled the FL DNC chair, the FL D gov. candidate, and two major writers for the WAPO as far left loons? These are all fairly mainstream Democratic/liberal sources that I have cited.
In 2008, the AP intimated that John McCain was racist for referring to Obama as "that one." I can't find reference to it via google. Perhaps the AP was so embarrassed by their "reporting" that they have taken steps to scrub it.
As an African American columnist named Carl Jeffers pointed out eons ago, a predictable effect of the overboard accusations is that genuine accusations are diluted, and perhaps ignored. In that sense the overboard accusations are a de facto racist tactic themselves.

I hate to admit it, but the right is right this time.
I had to read this twice. I didn't even notice the improper use of "monkey" since I naturally read the correct term "mucking".
Mucking should have been used in the speech and not monkey.
Mucking means to shovel manure (muck).
From Middle English mok, muk, from Old English moc (found in hlōsmoc) and also perhaps Old Norse.
The word monkey is rather new in the English language and was clearly adopted because it sounds similar.
Or is there something else at play?

This is a rather long article documenting the association with blacks and the word monkey.
Conclusion use of the word monkey when the proper word was mucking showed both ignorance on the part of the speaker in the area of English as the accepted language. Further, it was indeed potentially intentionally used to inflame others since only a highly ignorant man would fail to know the historical use of the term.

47% of blacks aren’t POLITICALLY conservative though. And there’s no prospect of them ever becoming political conservatives. None.
So liberals don’t need the race card. You just think they do.
