That poor kid. His murderer gets life in prison, and he gets chopped up and thrown into the Thames. Where is the justice?
As for British pedophiles, it is the same as pedophiles anywhere--in a just society they would NEVER be completely released. Every pedophile is always a danger to innocent children, and once they have demonstrated that they will act on their perversions, they should constantly be in some state of incarceration.
The best thing to do is find deserts, tundras, or, in the case of Europe, maybe desolate mountain ranges, and assign them to live out the rest of their useless lives far away from children.

Firstly the story is five years old and was published in 2014 by Russia Today.
Secondly there was a national inquiry in to the death of Victoria Climbié, and she died nearly 20 years ago in 2000 and Marie Kouao and her boyfriend Carl Manning both received life sentences for the child abuse and murder.
Thirdly the body in the Thames was in 2001, and police did carry out an investigation linking the child to trafickers in Germany and Kingsley Ojo was jailed for four years. The police used scientific experts to help as all they had was a torso, and to give Scotland Yard some credit, they dif work incredible hard in relation to a very difficult case.
The UK police and Naytional Crime Agency already have specialist units in order to investigate such matters, however there is no evidence that there are hundreds of children involved, and the UN should provide credible evidence, as false sexual abuse and murder accusations by Carl Beech supported by some left wing politicians have already caused enough damage over recent years.
As for the rest of the OP's rt article it goes on about sex tourism in Asia, which has nothing to do with voodoo or Africa, and it shgould be noted that new laws were passed in 2008, meaning the UK Police could arrest anyone suspect of sex abuse abroad or even request their extradition.
