I would object to:
- rising the Medicare age, people have been forced to pay into it for 50 years and should be able to use it when they need it most
- no income taxes, National sales tax only
- eliminate a National minimum wage
- Private schooling fine, give vouchers for it

One of the very first things I would do is to enact a "Shall Issue" Federal Concealed Carry Weapon Permit program that would mandate the issuance of a CCW Permit, valid in all States and Territories on a "shall issue" basis upon application and passing a Background Check. Once the Background Check is complete, a permit will be issued for any weapon(s) the user wishes to carry, and enforceable in all 50 states. I would include a provision that would entail serious criminal penalties against any LEO or other state or local government agent or entity that fails to honor the permit, and I mean serious hard-time penalties in the range of 10-20 years in a Federal Pen.

First thing I would do is repeal anything Trump did and put everything back to what Obama had in place.

Congress shall pass no law that does not apply equally to them. Social security and Medicare being case in point.

I would let the people (citizens) vote on EVERYTHING, it would be done quarterly, no congress or senate, let the people make the decisions.

I would immediately end the drug war, dissolve the DEA and have them all charged with criminal aiding and abetting, thats just for starters! LOL

What do you guys think? All thoughts and criticism welcome.

I: Economy:

1. Comprehensive tax reform:

a. Income Taxes:

$0-$10,000: 10%

$10,000-$40,000: 12%

$40,000-$130,000: 15%

$130,000-$400,000: 18%

$400,000-$1,000,000: 22%

$1,000,001+: 30%

b. Corporate Taxes:

-Corporate Tax will be lowered to 15%

c. Capital Gains Taxes

-Capital gains taxes will be raised slightly

$0-$40,000: 5%

$40,000-$400,000: 17%

$400,001+: 22%

d. Other Taxes (Property tax, sales tax, payroll tax, inheritance tax, etc)

-All taxes other than inheritance tax will be lowered.

2. Regulations and Bureaucracy

-In general regulations preventing private action and bureaucratic red tape will be removed or scaled back. In certain industries requiring licenses for operation this requirement will be eliminated.

3. Trade

-Tariffs will not be used under any circumstance aside from a situation in which their use presents no negatives to the united states (the target nation does not purchase enough of our goods to take significant retaliatory action against US exports and we don't purchase enough of theirs to harm consumers).

-Free trade is fair trade

4. Other economic issues:

-The national minimum wage will be $10

-Tenure, for any hired position, will be declared obsolete

II. Energy

1. Climate change exists. As such it is in our long term interests to slowly transition to clean energy

2. Overall it is imperative that the United States remain largely energy independent, pipelines, fracking, drills, and offshore drilling will all be, in the short term at least, encouraged. Especially important will be our investment into natural gas and transition away from coal as our primary energy source in terms of electricity.

3. Nuclear Energy will be the new frontier of clean energy, tax incentives will be offered to developers willing to invest in nuclear and laws will be passed to allow nuclear development to more easily occur.

III. Environment

1. Climate change is real

2. We will pursue a multifaceted approach to climate change. The primary objective is to mitigate the effects of climate change on our nation. As such in the long term emissions reductions are preferred. Other than a long term aim of emissions reductions the effects of aerosols on our planet aside from their cooling qualities will be researched and, if deemed appropriate, aerosols will be distributed by the government. In addition, coastal cities will have climate in mind with any new public infrastructure developments.

IV: LGBT, Gender, and Race Issues

1. Nobody is inferior because of their race, gender, or sexual orientation.

2. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated in fields of education, employment, housing, public accommodations, federal funding, credit, or the jury system.

3. Affirmative action will be made illegal, this is a racist program by nature that we as a nation cannot continue to allow to fester.

4. Freedom of religion does not extend to places of work. You can privately disagree with homosexuality but you cannot refuse anyone service because of some innate feature of their person

5. Reparations are an idiotic, putrid idea.

6. No sex change operations or sex change hormones/therapy may be administered to anyone under the age of 18. To do otherwise is considered felony child abuse.

7. Any two consenting adults can marry.

V. Healthcare

1. Healthcare will be completely privatized for citizens between the ages of 18 and 75

2. The age to qualify for medicare will be moved back from 65 to 75

3. Medicaid will be eliminated

4. A national health care system will be put into place for minors (0-18)

5. Healthcare regulations and barriers (state lines, etc) will be broke down in order to allow for more efficient competition between companies and cheaper prices

6. Nobody will be refused service based on ability to pay (they will have to pay later but they cannot be turned down)

VI. Education

1. The education budget will be expanded greatly

2. Private education under the university level will be abolished

3. A national scholarship system will be set up for high achieving students

4. Affirmative action will be ended

5. Colleges will be required to admit based on merit only, they must be one hundred percent race/gender blind.

VII. Criminal Justice

1. The purpose of prisons is to punish people for their crimes and deter them from continuing to harm society.

2. Capital punishment is legal and will be used for all first-degree murders proved beyond all doubt and also for the most brutal sex-offenders/etc

3. Prisoners will be provided with the bare minimum. Prisons must be humane, they should not be pleasant or comfortable.

4. Police will be required to wear body cameras at all times, body camera footage will be used extensively in determining whether appropriate action was taken

VIII. Immigration

1. immigration will be almost entirely merit based.

2. Prospective immigrants will be reviews on the basis of their education, marketable skill, professional abilities, and wealth (essentially what can they bring to our country)

3. Illegal immigrants, when found, will be deported. Children born in the US to illegal immigrants may stay, their parents may not

4. The race/gender/religion/etc of prospective immigrants will not be considered.

5. Illegal immigrants will not be actively hunted, to do so would generally constitute a breach of civil liberties, instead sanctuary cities will be banned and laws will be passed making it impossible to do anything (go to school, get a license, get a job, buy a house, travel, claim benefits of any kind, etc) without proof of legal residency.

IX. Civil Liberties

1. The constitution pretty much covers this

X. Drugs, Alcohol, and Age of Legality

1. The drinking age will be lowered to 18

2. The driving age will be raised to 18

3. The age to vote/join the military is still 18

4. Marijuana is now legal

5. Other drugs will remain illegal. Penalties for possession of other substances will remain the same, dealers will be punished harshly

XI. Speech Laws

1. Free speech is of vital importance

2. Hate speech does not exist, the only speech that is illegal is speech that threatens violence or causes undue panic (ie yelling "fire" in a crowded theater)

3. It is illegal to respond to speech with violence. Speech is not violence.

XII. Military

1. It is important that we continue to possess by far the strongest military in the world.

2. Nevertheless the military budget should be cut as our military is currently highly bloated.

3. We are not the worlds police, we should only involve ourselves in conflicts that directly involve our interests.

4. We will build a military of the future, cutting personnel costs and investing in drone and unmanned technology including tactical missiles.

XIII. Social Programs

1. Most social programs will be cut. This includes welfare and unemployment among other things.

2. Public transportation will, in as many cases as possible, eliminated. In highly dense cities a network withing the inner city will remain.

3. Welfare will be limited to access to food and water for the general population. Disabled persons will have access to a "living wage" of welfare for as long as they need it

4. Unemployment will be offered for a limited time period during which the individual must find a job. 3-6 months seems appropriate.

XIV. Abortion

1. Abortion is legal for any reason within the first trimester

2. States are not allowed to pass their own laws allowing earlier or later unrestricted abortion

3. After the first trimester abortion is only legal in cases of threat to the mothers life or fatal deformity within the child.

4. Abortions do not fall under healthcare and must be paid for by the abortion seeker.

I'm sure I left a ton out, will add more later.
Well, many people outside the inner cities do not have access to public transport and need to depend on it to work, go to school, go to the shops. Plus there are people with disabilities and elderly that do not have cars and many are not capable of having cars and live outside the inner cities. They like to remain as independent as possible and they can not always rely on someone to pick them up.

Meanwhile, people at 60 years old who have been retrenched will have a much harder time looking for work and a younger person is much more likely to get a job than someone not yet eligible to retire and have to wait for a few years. In many cases, it can take a year for an elderly or more to get a job.

You talking about a cut on mental health services, what about the people depressed and unemployed and not willing to work due to their depression, and have their payments cut because they do not work? Yet even if they rely on welfare they need money for rent, and if they have their unemployment payment cut then they eventually be homeless. What will happen to their mental health then?

What about people with disabilities that want to participate in social programs or study or want to get the skills to work again? the money needed for that is more than just the so callled living wage.

I would:
- outlaw any post that takes more than 30 seconds to read
- outlaw any post that is just a link to a YouTube video.

Then I'd take some executive time. It is exhausting being the Prez.

I prefer to remain in the republican form of government, where all men have Creator endowed rights that governments were instituted to secure.
But on the odd chance of going batsh!t crazy, I would consent to be governed and only seek to serve as the Commander in Chief if :
1) 97% of Americans withdrew consent from usury, socialism (FICA), and citizenship, thus reducing the government's revenues by at least 97% as well as eliminate hundreds of millions from being governed;
2) The national debt was voided for fraud - With 97% of the walking collateral missing, the 14th amendment clause that protects the fraud of the public debt would be superfluous, and with the abolition of the debt, wipe out the legality of the Federal Reserve Note (dollar bill) - which is an IOU and part of the national debt;
3) Congress ends the State of Emergency, declared in 1933;
4) Excess holdings of federal property were relinquished - preferably to the land hungry Americans - who would only need to improve them to establish title;
5) Limited liability was abolished, and thus all regulatory agencies created to deal with artificial persons that one could not hold legally liable for harm done in pursuit of profit;
6) Courts were banned from enforcing contracts for usury (interest).
Thus returning the government to its original delegation of power to adjudicate disputes, prosecute criminals, and defend against all enemies foreign or domestic, and NOTHING MORE. With so little resources to spend or rule, servant government (3%) will be hard pressed to do its duty, and avoid those political shenanigans. In fact, I suspect that those civic minded folk will not tolerate scoundrels in their midst.

AS for the rest of Americans, they can enjoy their tax-exempt endowed rights to life, liberty (natural and personal), inherent powers, absolute ownership of private property, natural rights, powers, privileges and immunities... including the right to emit their own medium of exchange to facilitate trade when barter is insufficient (Liberty money).

With a neutered government, the presidential perks may be reduced to a prepaid bus pass and a per diem allowance for housing and food. Secret Service? Who would want to assassinate a president? That poor joker is just the highest ranking public servant - one step lower than the lowest American sovereign. And only 3% vote anyway.

More simple list of stuff I would do as President -
  • Since Congress has to actually repeal the laws that create agencies and funds them, I would just fire 20% of every Executive Branch agency, and I would base the 20% selection criteria on FIFO seniority. The people who are there the longest are first to go. Literally on day 1, like 30 minutes after my inauguration is over with, or however long it takes me to get back to the Oval Office from the swearing in thing. After a month goes by and the nation realizes how unnecessary that 20% was, another 20% of the original total gets let go, same seniority rule applies. Rinse repeat until I have the Executive Branch emptied, and nobody really misses any of it.
  • I would overturn every existing EO currently on the books on day 1, just on general principle, figuring all as nothing more than the acts of bullies who couldn't get their way in Congress.
  • I would then hold my first daily press conference where all I do is spend at least an hour every single day revealing one secret after another about how absurd and broken the government is, and why nobody should buy into this foolishness anymore.
  • I would also install a streaming setup in the Oval Office, figuring as a public figure, the public has every right to see what, why, how business gets conducted in THEIR Oval Office. Not one word gets spoken between me and any member of the Congress or anyone's staff that isn't streamed to th American people, live, as it happens.
  • And since I would be assassinated if I left the building, I'd have to make sure I pay a crew of folks who can fetch me food, help me with laundry, cleaning, etc.
All of this would go on until I was impeached, which is a guarantee once I pull back the curtain and show the people how silly the whole freaking setup really is. And on the day they walk me out, I would tell America to have a betting pool for how long it takes them to kill me and make it look like one of those suicides that seem to happen around the Clintons with such remarkable regularity.
