Multiple Injuries Reported in Shooting at Gilroy Garlic Festival (Mexican, Christmas, rating)

Just came across this ...

Police and emergency personnel late Sunday responded to reports of a shooting involving multiple victims at the Gilroy Garlic Festival.

Ambulance crews were told 11 people were down in an active shooter incident at Gilroy's Christmas Hill Park.

One witness told NBC Bay Area he was on his way out when felt a bullet pass by his head, and when he turned around, he saw everyone running.

It is Nortenos turf. Nortenos are some bad hombres. No respect for life at all. Constantly at war with MS-13 and La Emme/mexican mafia/black hand.

The festival is a huge tourist draw. In fact the only tourist draw Gilroy has. When California has no tourists they are toast.

No kidding. I can't imagine any crowd less threatening than folks celebrating garlic.

Just heard a witness on a TV report saying one shooter has been taken into custody, they don't know if there are more shooters.

ON EDIT: Announcer says she can now confirm that three people are dead and "at least twelve more" are injured.
