That was a sad and sorry bunch up there last night. No way to put perfume on that pig by citing the always crooked pollsters.
Sanders would have curb stomped Trump back in '16, likely more so today. But it's obvious moderates and the DNC had other plans.

Both Sanders and Warren would make Trump look like the fool he is in 1v1 debates on policy. I'm confident either / both will pull enough people in the middle to the left that is would be game over for Trump.

I find it interesting I keep seeing all these Trump supporters trying to prop up the worst candidates to go against trump

[quote=ladybug07;55822887]Out of all of them last night, she was the most matter of fact (until she said Trump was Al Queda- which I laughed so hard at). She is in National Guard. I wonder if by chance she gets elected, is she going to continue her military service or what? As a Maj she should know that it's not as simple to just pull troops just because it's what the status pro quo is.

Trump said he was going to bring the troops home too but he just dropped "The Mother Of All Bombs" without any exit strategy.

She will have a strategy and most likely appoint competent people to make it happen. We need to rethink our global combat strategy, we lost focus after 18 years.

You speaking for 180m people?

Fake news.

He retorted this BS framing that is a right wing talking point and not on point to a bigger picture.

LOL, Trump would annihilate any of those people in a debate, especially the psycho socialists.

Sanders never would have won in '16 either.

Hate to break it to ya but the vast majority of Sanders supporters are the poor who want everything free and college-aged kids who haven't made any money yet and are brainwashed by idiot liberal professors. As soon as they get out of school and become successful, making good money, most will change to Republican. It happened like clockwork with my generation.

We are on the same page but there is no way that will happen, I would bet my life on it. (Hard working) Americans like their insurance. And there are millions and millions of us.

I would die if I lost mine to have the government to control it.

Washington would be so full of protestors nothing would be able to move.

Time and time again, I have said it's not as easy as just pulling troops out. It's one thing when you are outside of that oval office, it's another when you are behind the desk of that oval office.
Would I love for our troops to be pulled out of Afghanistan? Yes. Then I can actually sleep at night when my husband goes there.
MOAB was dropped because they had intel to show that it would be beneficial and it was. It looks like it was part of the Train, Advise, Assist with NATO (that been going on for quite a while and still is) because it involved Afgan and American soldiers.

I don't think she or any of them would have an exit strategy. One thing for sure though, I seriously hope that if any of them do come up with something, that they keep it quiet so we don't 1) have to send troops back like we had to in Iraq and 2) for the safety of our troops.

I don't want anyone who want's their own insurance to have to deal with government mandated insurance. Shoot. I miss the insurance I had prior to Tricare.

Trump's antics would not work on either Sander or Warren 1v1 live as they both are able to not take the bait and just bypass whatever distraction / non relevant talking point he's attempting to put forward. His retorts would be rambling and non cohesive.

My experiences with Sanders supporters has not been the same. Not sure what 'gen' you're from, but that's not been my experience either. But keep up that anti-intellectual facade, it serves you well
