Walls and more walls - the admin having a bigger fence built around the white house - I imagine he thinks will be there a long time - yes folks a pretty beautiful 13ft fence at $64 million ! Was it needed ? I’ve been there it’s a public building. Security yes for sure. Now I want to see who scales it after it’s built and gets in anyhow. I also wonder if he will feel more protected - and if he will settle for this fence instead ? Can we,,,never mind. Sigh

Did Trump request it or did the Secret Service request it?

Maybe it's needed. A few years ago someone jumped the fence and ran all the way inside the White House.

Trump needs all the protection he can get, after all, he has those pesky bone spurs and can't run very fast.

"Security officials have long attested the White House fence needed an upgrade for security reasons."

I guess security has an "Obsession of walls"?

In a sense, Trump did keep his promise of building a wall! He has helped build a figurative wall that is further dividing us!

No fence is going to help secure the white house when a van pulls up and opens the rear doors and fires a missile over the fence into the White House. Think about that.
