LOL. So here we go. You see, it's capitalism that's changing the climate. Lower your resistance to becoming a slave to socialism, and voila, the climate crisis magically disappears!

If you have one, lay it on me.

Every one needs to do their part. No plastic bags, no bonfires or fires in general, Tune your 4x4 dually 1 ton truck so it doesn't smoke like a train. Stuff like that.

Oh yeah, Butcher your pet cow.

I don't know about anyone else but I sure am grateful for all the catastrophic man (person) made global warming (climate change) and am thankful that we just endured the hottest EVah July in history! Here it is the beginning of August, when historically it's been in the high 90's to low 100's... you know, 98 to 104 or so, yet here in KS our temps have been running in the mid 80's for highs with lows in the low 60's. Two years ago most of California and much of the country (but especially in California) they were claiming that we were having drought that would likely last a century, yet two years later the drought monitor maps are showing California and those of us here in the plains states, as well as the Midwest and pretty much all across the US as being drought free. In FACT... they might call some of what we are experiencing as near flood conditions, if not actual flood conditions.

But this thread isn't about Kansas, the Midwest, California the hottest July on record EVah, or any of that. It's about the melting glaciers in Greenland. Now as one who believes in looking for opportunities when they appear, I think people should be investing in 7-11 and other like-minded business types to open up in Greenland. You know, the ones that sell drinks like the Slurpee, Slushies, shaved ice and maybe even bars that sell Margaritas. So while you leftists see doom and gloom, I see opportunity. That and I am thankful that in the hottest July EVah on record, it pretty much stayed around 85 degrees for a high here in Kansas. It's been such a refreshing change from our regular 98 to 104 degree July's of the past!

This interruption was brought to you by optimists who, even if they end up in hell, see opportunity all around because someone is going to be willing to pay them a hefty price for ice.

Because it pisses off liberals because I blow carbon across the sky transporting only me and no one else. It gives me a perverse pleasure knowing the majority has to rely on those flying busses.

You might want to ask yourself one of the more obvious questions ..... how did “Greenland” get it’s name? Maybe at one time in the distant past, it was green?

Republican dilemma...

The US will be overrun with hundreds of millions of brown, black and yellow people fleeing climate change within 50-100 years...

But at least they won't have to taxed a few percentage points in taxes now to stop the worst from happening.
So now they can spend more money on cheap trinkets from China.

global warming has nothing to do with it.....they are breeding like rabbits...and their populations are unsustainable

Guatamala's population....1960....4 million....today....17 million
Honduras' population....1960.....2 million...today....10 million
El Salvadore's population....1960....3 million....today.....6 million

..that's an increase of over 24 million people in just 3 countries

and their infrastructure has not grown to support it

They are not "climate" refugees....they are economic refugees
