I’m glad this turd was caught alive. I wish they’d use him as a guinea pig and experiment on his brain. We need to know what makes creepers like this tick.

Let's say you're a cop and you respond to a call of a shooter in a WalMart. You run in with your gun drawn and see a guy standing there with a pistol drawn. Is the guy with the gun the shooter or is it some citizen with his personal firearm? If you multiply that by several dozen people with their personal weapons it would seem to create a situation in which telling the bad guy from the good is hard. In other words it impedes the ability of the police to do an effective job.

I can sort of see how keeping a handgun around the house (only if you don't have kids in the house) can be a reasonable thing but the whole concealed carry thing seems crazy and asking for trouble.

And one sick 21 year old in custody. Why are young people going on violence sprees ?
The only facts that were presented was that he graduated HS, was a loner and thought work sucked.
No college.

A manifesto was found on 8chan by some reporter but not definitely connected to the shooter by the FBI.

So sad that one so young went on a shooting spree killing innocent people.
At this point there is no confirmation on how many people were killed.

Because no one wants to pay for it.

We worship money in this country.
The problem is that nearly all the money made goes to the top 1% so they can have multiple mansions and yachts. The word "billionaire" shouldn't even exist, the wealth disparity in this country is APPALLING.
Welcome to the soon failed experiment of capitalism.

Nope, it's just another planned shooting by the elite, and the headphones are communication devices so they can tell him where to go and how much time he has before the police show up. And people like you either fall for it, or are part of that plan to try and take down the second amendment right. But, guess what, it's never going to happen without a major civil war, so you are shooting innocent people for your masters for nothing!

Your second point is a ridiculous comparison and premise.

No it is not, you are making the augment that advancements in common technology is a reason to infringe upon someone's rights. If that argument applies to one right it applies to all of them. Just to add the gun technology we are discussing here has existed and been in the hands of civilians for more than a century. The 1911 is one of the most popular handguns on the market, want to take guess why they call it the 1911?

Now if you want to talk about reasonable limitations on what gun technology should be available to the general public it's pretty easy to identify. If law enforcement can justify it so can the general public.

Low lives like these are who capital punishment is a prime candidate for!

nbcnews.com/news/us-news/man-scooped-children-during-el-paso-mass-shooting-n1039011 says:
Quote:
The man, Glendon Oakley, described himself as a member of the military who has a license to carry a firearm. He said he pulled out his weapon as he heard gunfire echo through Cielo Vista Mall, which abuts the Walmart.
This guy is bound to get some more fans on Twitter if he has a Twitter.

White = mental illness
Muslim = terrorist

Every report suggests that this guy is a white nationalist TERRORIST. He is not mentally ill. He was carrying out an act of violence with full knowledge of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was likely inspired by all the hate sites on the internet and the intemperate words of our so-called president.
