When you understand that the Left is about power and not principles, everything they do makes sense. This is why they can call out "hate" from the right but engage in it themselves with no self-awareness.

McConnell is holding up 400 bills to hang onto power and refused to even vote on a Democrat president's legitimate nominee for Scotus. Amazingly, this wasn't against Twitter's TOS. The same TOS where stating that there are only 2 genders gets you suspended but calling for the elimination of Ben Shapiro, Andy Ngo, the president, and even the Speaker of the House is no big deal.

I don't support ANY of the hate on Twitter or here but let's not pretend that the Right is non-violent. By any body count, threats, actions, etc. there is absolutely no comparison.
But, let's say we mostly all agree on that twitter sux and NONE of this stuff should be allowed. How does it get accomplished?
I'd say the largest problem here is capitalism...that is, if Twitter wasn't funded in the billions by stock then they would shrink or close on their own accord...or, they wouldn't care about profit and how many eyeballs they got and they would hire better and more moderation.
I wouldn't shed a tear if twitter went away. My basic outlook on most all social media is like Linus....

McConnell is such an innocent victim, not. He sat on the gun bill passed by the House calling for Universal Background Checks for six months while innocent people are being slaughtered.
And hours after the slaughter, he tweets this.....tombstones of his political opponent. That's hate.
1. he didn't tweet that, some moron in his campaign did. I wouldn't necessarily call it "hate", but just like Castro, it's immature and does nothing to further the discussion. Tombstones for living people - no way.
2. Whether it pleases Dems or not, there's a greater chance today that either (or both) of those background check bills get passed now than they would have in March. Either the Senate would have voted against them, or Trump said he'd veto them.
Until folks of all persuasions can ACCEPT that it's not only possible but CRITICAL to have rational dialogue and debate on really serious and complicated issues, then we're not getting anywhere. It is very possible to be in favor of comprehensive or thorough background checks, and limiting of certain firearm sales, while still opposing the Dems' bill. And when anyone calls the bills "bipartisan", then they should be mocked since they both carried by fewer than 10 votes > Dems in the House.

Where did I or anyone else say that there aren't violent people on the right? Of course there are. What is getting ridiculous is the disingenuous absurd narrative that each and every one of these violent acts is because of "white supremacy" and every one is attributed to Trump as if he is solely responsible for every nutjob that loses and goes on a violent outburst. The medt literally blames EVERYTHING on Trump. It's so pathetically dishonest it's sickening
Hell, many on the left won't even be honest enough to admit that the Dayton shooter was a leftist despite saying he would vote for Elizabeth Warren and wanted socialism NOW. The few that will even admit it will make excuses and even try to attribute his rampage as a natural reaction to Trump's rhetoric.
I don't like a lot of Trump's tweets. He says stupid things that undermine his administration but for heavens sake the fake disingenious outrage from the left intentionally misrepresenting everything Trump says or tweets is ridiculous. If the left honestly thinks that calling Trump Hitler or anyone who has a somewhat level head and doesn't openly hate him heaven forbid dares to admit he's not a monster or is doing a reasonably job a racist nazi isn't helping. That kind of mindless hateful rhetoric is AT LEAST as responsible for the divide in this country as any of Trump's most incendiary tweets or comments
Oh please, get outta here with that. Hate and death threats come from all sides, not just from the left as you put it. The best thing to do is report the tweet and it will be deleted and the owner suspended.
If the tweet comes from the left, it's far less likely to be deleted and the owner suspended. This has been the case with Twitter for quite a while.
If you hate on whites in the social media world your accounts get promoted.
If you hate on anything other than whites you get banned.
