Its a shame that Strozk was caught up in this because of his leaked texts to the press, he was a solid Russian Counter Intelligence Agent. Lacking his texts you would be without a conspiracy.

Strzok was leading the investigation, he was the one making most of the decisions. The IG said Strzok decisions were biased.

He/they opened an investigation of the Trump campaign based on claims they knew were not credible.
Strzok wrote the memo recommending that the Clinton email investigation be reopened after discovery of the Weiner laptop but now there is question of bias because a decision he made afterwards, that sounds pretty weak. Anyway this is minor, there were no substantial actions on his part.
I bet there is more to it then that. NYPD has all the files contained on the laptop. Rudy knows what's on Weiner's computer.
