This kind of proves his point. One can be highly educated, yet not jump on people for spelling errors. You and some other liberals on this thread have made this about an attack on education. I didn't take it that way at all. Especially considering the OP has likely had more education than the majority of people responding. But that seems to be the go-to strategy for liberals that want to make themselves feel superior these days.
I don't see much calling out on here for spelling errors, so this thread is a waste of time and a lame way to try to work off intense hatred and resentment against liberals and their viewpoints not even related to the actual issues.
A far worse thing is how conservatives think they know all about what liberals can only possibly be thinking on the issues. Liberals do it, too.
It emanates from pseudo intellectualism on the left. Single, liberal women are the same way in Seattle. They will pretty much discard you into the trash if they find any spelling errors in your messages to them. Liberals are simply stuck up snobs. It's one of the contributing factors as to why it's damn near impossible to date and to make friends in Seattle. As the liberal elitist population here are stuck up to the extreme. NYC..Boston...LA...and etc, are all hardcore stuck up liberal elitist haven's where socializing dating and making new friends is damn near impossible. All liberal cities exhibit this icy cold, anti social, judgemental, stuck up and clicky demeanor. It's who liberals are. In Seattle it runs deep. Seattle now being a ridiculously overpriced expensive liberal city...is full of career obsessed, status seeking, self seeking, hugely judgemental women...who shun you in a heartbeat if you don't have a master's degree and aren't in a high-powered career field making a ton of money. They hate lower income people, they fight against homeless family shelters being built in their plush, lily white neighborhoods, they fight against low income housing being placed in their neighborhoods .t They shun overweight people, they especially shun and reject white conservative men. And if u are a Trump supporter, good luck getting a date in Seattle. They are also converting all of America into unaffordable elitist, socially bankrupt unfriendly cities and towns. Pushing out the middle class as they invade such places. Liberals are a Cancer spreading across the United States like wildfire.

It is a symptom of intolerance, which appears to be pervasive among the left.
Witness on this site how many times liberals point out spelling errors. It is rather amusing, as it happens all the time and nearly 100% of the time the error is pointed out by a lib.

It is a "master of the obvious"- expressing one's superiority through mastery of the trivial. I am very pro-education, but really don't care about spelling errors, unless I am submitting a paper for publication. Then we have secretaries who take care of that.
In the future, just throw out some spelling error bait and watch a liberal hit on it. It is really funny. Again, just do a search of Trump's spelling errors- there are many, many attacks on Trump over spelling errors. If one does a similar search on Obama- not so much.
It is simply a reflection of a liberal's intolerance and is kind of like a chicken or the egg type question. Did liberalism make the liberal intolerant, or are they a liberal because they are intolerant? It is an interesting psychological question and not a clear answer- just an interesting association.
