Well that's been the pattern thus far. I think the time to be really concerned would be if he loses the next election. Between the results being declared final in November and the new President being sworn in during January, that's two months for Trump to vent, fume, pardon crooks, arrest enemies, give away heaps of money, lay waste to the planet, and overthrow the constitution.
