Dumping tremendous of money and schools that are complete failures. I guess no amount of taxes being confiscated and amount spent can change the fact that a majority of the students come from families that have mothers who can't even take care of themselves, let alone raising children and helping them appropriately with their school work.

Looks like they can spend all they want even $42,000 a year but if the majority of children have terrible parents who have multiple children when they can't even take care of themselves then it doesn't matter at all.

The spending per student in Asbury Park is more than the median household income.
