The case will be decided by the Courts in London and is due to be heard in February 2020 and the extradition case will last five days.

Julian Assange to face US extradition hearing in UK next year | The Guardian

In terms of his imprisonment in the UK for bail offences, Assange and his legal team have now decided not to challenge that.

WikiLeaks Founder Assange Drops Appeal of U.K. Prison Sentence - Bloomberg

Assange is currently in a special custody unit beside the prison hospital, and there are two other prisoners in the unit in Belmarsh Prison in South London, one of the other prisoners is the activist Tommy Robinson.

Tommy Robinson and Julian Assange 'are neighbours in Belmarsh prison' - Metro

The US may have to give assurances to the UK Courts and the extrasdition will have to meet European Human Rights laws, but that will be brought up during the hearing, however the UK has not made any decision yet.

Also even if the Court orders his extradition, Assange has a right to appeal, so the case could drag on, and go before the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court, as well as the European Court of Human Rights. It could therefore could be 2021 before his extradition of finally decided.
