A now thoroughly debunked lie by Democrats and corporate Republicans to justify open borders and lower wagers, which is now clear to have harmful effects on the American worker.

C. They claim to use E-verify.
D. They don’t know how so many undocumented workers were hired.....
Let’s see. I’d say they clearly do NOT use E-verify. And no punishment for it either.

Some of us already knew that.

While it upsets me, you still have to prove intent to charge employers under the law, which isn't always the easiest thing to do. But if this investigation shows wilful lawlessness by the employer, then heads need to roll.

And US citizens showed up at those job fairs to apply for jobs. Debunking the claims that no American citizens would work in a processing plant.

Fake DL, fake SS. As long as those numbers match the name it passes E-verify.

Now I dont believe for a second the employer did not suspect if not know they were hiring illegal or that they dont choose to hire illegals but what I believe or you believe would hold up for prosecution.

Louisiana has not been shy about their intent for the federal government to create special visas for unlimited number of foreign workers and exempt from wage/ hours laws, Payroll Taxes, transport, housing etc. They claim US workers will not do these jobs.

Most states have chosen not to make eVerify of all employees a state law. Those states that have, created known loopholes for employers- the law does not apply to independent contractors and all employed before the law were exempt. More importantly, most of these states have no budget or intention to enforce the state law.

Employment of undocumented people is bipartisan.

25 people showed up - not exactly much considering almost 700 were needed.

E Verify clearly is not the solution. And employers will hire the best they can, even if it means pretending to believe some pretty outrageous claims with regard to Social Security number and residency status. Their attitude is, "I need someone to work. This person will do it, and he had given me what I need to show the authorities. So he's hired".
Can you imagine the manufactured outrage if a legal resident was rejected because the employer suspected the person was illegal??!!
