I can't believe the guy only got 30 day's, assault usually carries a longer sentence, at least a year or more.
i know of an individual who got 18 months in penitentiary for forgery of 30 codeine pill Rx..while waiting in county jail another person received 11 days for shooting up police car AND killing police dog...that is the reality of Americas cultural violence sad to say
