The man was actually really nice about it, however he is right in stating that you don't know where people are in their lives or how such insults could effect them.
Now, imagine if the races and roles were reversed. Al and Jesse would be there right now holding the government for a shakedown/economic ransom, claiming that the behavior had to have been "race based" I wish I was joking here.

Now employees get to insult and laugh at customers, even in writing? What kind of society do you want to live in?
I have to wonder what kind of upbringing that woman had, who are her friends, family, does she have a boyfriend/husband/partner, or children (hope not) that she would even think of doing something that mean. At work. To a paying customer. And believe it would be ok.
Notice the difference between that woman's crudeness and the sensitivity of the man, who was considering how her behavior might affect others she could bully, even if it didn't bother him. (It probably did, to be honest, that was just mean.) A true contrast of a nice, caring person and an awful person with no compassion.

I knew the situation wasn't that the security guy was white and passenger black or else this would have been posted by a couple of CD poster who are obsessed with racism, which in their eyes is strictly white on black.
Since the bully was black and victim was white, you won't hear a peep out of them.
