Rights aren't granted by the Constitution. Rights are inherent.
Therefore, “well regulated” means nothing.
True, but the meaning of well regulated means practiced and well equipped. However the right to possess a firearm has NOTHING to do with being in a Militia.

Obviously the Constitution is a failure as it has never once limited what the government can do.
