Has there ever been a POTUS who has had this sort of mutiny by cabinet/staff? Loyalty ends when the pay checks stop.

Don't think that these people who left and weren't replaced were fired to reduce the size of gov't. They either left to protest or they weren't kiss ups.

Speaking of which, Mike Pompeo, the Secretary of Trump once compared Trump to Obama in 2016, but now has been described by a WH insider as the most sycophantic (kiss up) and obsequious (kiss up) people around Trump.

"He's like a heat-seeking missile for Trump's ass" said a former American ambassador.

No wonder Mikey held is such high regard by Trumpy.

You decrease the size of government by getting rid of departments and give the authority back to the states.

This only helps Trump. Like it or not, us everyday people hate the establishment. We want change. And we hear the establishment so bent out of shape, trying to do something like that we reflexively support Trump thinking he's doing right.

This is correct, but just not filling top positions or using acting directors isn't the same as what you're describing and what someone posted in this thread.

Over Scaramucci's on air persona toward trump he's been quite supportive of his former boss but now trump has stabbed him in the back and now Scaramucci is telling us what he really thinks of the buffoon in chief.

How exactly did Trump "stab him in the back"?

You can't blame the media, something that the loyalists like to continuously. Everything is the media's fault.

Speaking of cringeworthiness....wasn't this something - I'm thinking Dictator Kim has these sorts of meetings all the time.

Seriously, is there anything more important happening in our country at 9:19 a.m.?

Isn't there a National Security briefing that you should be attending, or some other important briefing on behalf of the American citizen.

This guy is a complete mess.

It's difficult to know what’s more pathetic: The fact that the Mooch believes anyone cares what he thinks, or the fact that Trump actually seems to.

Clinton gave us unregulated derivatives and free trade with Mexico and China.

If you tried, you couldn't engineer a more perfect financial time bomb.

Unless the race of your president is a deal breaker, Obama was arguably the worst president in US history.
