Both times, with both of them naked from the waist down? Geez, there was a witness, video and the police were called and it still was not enough.

I agree, even by my paleo-conservative, old common law definition of rape, ie force is used and she resisted. Assault, kidnapping and rape. I wouldn't be surprised if there were 9 black women on the jury.
The county where this trial took place is 75% white. So I assume the jury pool would mirror that figure fairly closely.
After watching the video, it's pretty obvious she wanted nothing to do with him.
