If Trump says we can do this there probably is some truth to it. But it sounds risky. It would be much easier, after we buy Greenland from Denmark, to tow the thing to the Caribbean where it would cool the waters and prevent hurricanes from every forming in the first place.

Anonymous sources, lmao. Actually, this idea is floated around every few years. And, who was the CEO who wanted to pump ice water into the ocean. There is nothing wrong with brainstorming. But again, anonymous sources... blah blah blah.

One megaton atomic bomb: 4 x 10^15 joules
The hurricane has 10,000 times the energy of an atomic bomb. If we set one off the hurricane would say, "Did you just hear a mouse fart?"
