Yeah, I'm calling BS on this. The president is paid $400,000 a year, plus an extra expense allowance of $50,000 a year, a $100,000 non-taxable travel account and $19,000 for entertainment.
So you're saying he's costed the tax payer $158,182,000, just for golfing ?
Why does he give away his salary? I don’t think this is true, even if it was, did you call out Clinton and Barack for profiting off their presidency?
They did not stand up at an international event and promote their books, or speaking engagements. They didn't.
He has lots of time to make money AFTER his Presidency.
And - he is making money -- He doubled his Mar A Lago fees once he became the Republican nominee or won I can't remember. Every time HE visits a Trump facility to play golf -- the govt. is covering expenses for that trip...and yes it costs money because by law, the federal govt. HAS to pay full rates for any services provided.
