Former Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell said Thursday that she wished for Hurricane Dorian to make a "direct hit" on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in Florida.

Former Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell said Thursday that she wished for Hurricane Dorian to make a "direct hit" on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in Florida.
She was put in a very difficult position by her predecessor, who was widely disliked, just before a federal election. As a result, her party went from a comfortable majority in Parliament, to only two seats in the election. It was the worst defeat of a government in Canadian political history. Campbell herself did not even win her own riding (i.e. district), and was Prime Minister for less than six months. She largely retired from political life after that, became a diplomat, and served on various boards and committees.
If she has opinions, well, everyone does. My point is that she is largely irrelevant in today's Canada, and most Canadians haven't thought about her in years. Why anybody would pay attention to anything she says nowadays is beyond me.
The reason no one should wish for this is that all it means is that Trump would "take" the insurance company for vastly more then the damages....thereby making all rates go up.
There is absolutely no reason for anyone to wish a Con Man to rip off an insurance company and more contractors, etc.....

Can you put the pom poms down for a second and think about how incredibly thoughtless and distasteful it is to hope that a hurricane makes a direct hit on any location anywhere in the freaking world?
