I think a lot of politicians are narcissistic to a certain extent. But Trump has his own section in the DSM. He is textbook. And not only is he narcissistic, he is a liability to this country because of his mental incapacitation. It's so obvious when one listens to him. Something is seriously wrong with him. I just hope at some point his handlers step in. But who knows? Keeping a mentally unstable president in office appears to be more important than the safety and security of our country.

Some media is reporting Trump probably did not hear the complete question- “ on the 80th Anniversary of WW2.”
He followed his congratulatory remark with:
“It’s a great country with great people. We also have many Polish people in our country; it could be 8 million.”
Whether he heard the entire question or not there is nothing wrong with him Congratulating Poland on being a great country etc.
So, again I'm curious why are you trying to make it sound like there is?
Its not like he congratulated them on being invaded and he is not required to make a statement on the invasion in a quick statement to the press. Pence is there to give the US statement at the appropriate ceremony.
